Case Studies and Exercises: Candidates perform group and individual exercises in line with the assigned tasks, and their work skills and team cohesion are evaluated.

At the end of this evaluation process, Aksin Group makes a job offer to the candidates who are found suitable for the position and they start working in the designated position.
